One row per SKU that appears on a Gong Ya order, one column per PO reference (a single deal split across several references — e.g. GYA-2026-00003 / -00003-A / -00003-B — shows up as several columns), each split into Ordered / Shipped — green when fully shipped under that exact reference, red otherwise (matched per exact reference, so a red cell can mean the goods shipped under a sibling reference instead — still worth a glance). Reliquat = ordered minus actually shipped, summed across every reference for that SKU — what's still genuinely owed overall.
